Cooler has a 3-pin power connection. Motherboard has 2 cpu fan connections, one 3 pin, one 4 pin. I tried switching between the two with no change. Cooler uses one of the mobo usb headers for control. If you leave it unplugged, the fans will run at highest speed.

Unit appears to be working at idle with low fan speed (blueish/white light glows from unit). Idle temp about 30C at idle. Have since removed software, unplugged the USB connection, disabled driver signing, reinstalled and rebooted several times to no avail. I solved it like this. Uninstall all antecs software.
